These Terms of Use govern your access to Stampverse, its local image features, and any future
subscription-based premium functionality.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Stampverse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the
applicable platform terms that govern your use of software distributed through Apple's App Store. If you do
not agree, do not use the app.
2. App license
Subject to these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use Stampverse on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal,
non-commercial use and in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. The app, its branding, user interface, source code,
designs, and related materials are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
3. Your content and local processing
You are responsible for the images and materials you capture, import, store, export, or share through the app.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for any content you use in Stampverse.
The app is designed so that image processing and storage occur locally on your device unless a future feature
clearly states otherwise. You remain responsible for maintaining backups and for any content you choose to
export, share, or publish outside the app.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Stampverse is intended to operate on a subscription-backed model. Some features may be available without
charge while paid features are being introduced, tested, or expanded. If or when a subscription is offered,
the title of the subscription, billing period, price, and any applicable price-per-unit information will be
shown to you in the purchase flow before you confirm payment.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through Apple, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within
24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate disclosed during purchase or as otherwise permitted
by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. Deleting the app
does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Where Apple permits trials or introductory offers, those
offers may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled under Apple's rules.
We may change subscription offerings, prices, features, packaging, or availability to the extent permitted by
applicable law and Apple's policies. Any price or material service change will take effect in accordance with
Apple's billing framework and any notice requirements that apply.
5. Apple-specific terms
These Terms of Use are between you and the developer of Stampverse, not Apple, except to the extent Apple is
responsible under applicable law or its platform agreements. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or
support services for the app beyond any obligations imposed by law.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple
may refund the purchase price for the app, if any, in accordance with Apple's policies. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the app in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Upload, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Attempt to bypass technical limitations, subscription controls, security protections, or entitlement checks.
Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or related infrastructure.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to paid or online features if you breach these Terms of Use, misuse the
app, create legal or security risk, or where continued service is no longer commercially or legally viable.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment obligations,
ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.
8. Disclaimers
Stampverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your own content, device backups, and compliance with
applicable laws.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Stampverse will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues,
data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the app, even if advised of the
possibility of those damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability arising out of or relating to the app will not
exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app or subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim arose
and one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If a change is material, we may provide notice through the
app, the App Store listing, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the app after the updated
terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
